A single strength (1X) Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) buffer contains 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM potassium chloride, 10mM disodium hydrogen phosphate and 2mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate, with 1% Tween 20. Buffer is prepared using nuclease free water. pH of buffer is adjusted to 7.4±0.03.
