Order with a Purchase Order

Email your Purchase Order to info@q2ub.com with following information:

Purchase Order Number
List of items and price as per Q2UB quotation
Invoice address
Delivery address

Delivery (Singapore)

For small orders (total value less than SGD 300 before GST), transportation costs are SGD30.

Delivery will be initiated within 24 hours if your requested items are available in stock.

Upon receipt, all packages and products must be inspected. Report any damage, incorrect quantities, or defects to us immediately by e-mail so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery (Others)

All delivery charges are based on the total weight and dimensions of the products in your cart, and the distance to your location.

Delivery will be initiated within 24 hours if your requested items are available in stock. The requested items will be shipped directly to you via DHL or FedEX.

Delivery dates are estimated and subjected to change. We disclaim all liability for losses, injuries or damages arising from delivery delays. Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or rejection of the delivery.
